Blender free avocado smoothie

i'm pretty sure every asian in the world knows how to make this or has their own interpretation of this smoothie, but I wanted to share it with the people who have not discovered it. This is my go-to smoothie when I have no time and want something filling. it's also very healthy...minus all of the sugar i add to it...:)

all you need are:
two ripe avocados.
sugar.
almond milk, or any kind of milk you'd like.





two avocados, halved and pitted.















scoop out all of the avocado into your cup.













then mash away with your spoon! it doesn't take long if your avocado is ripe. =) 














add sugar to your liking. start off with maybe a teaspoon then work your way up.












then add your milk. i use almond milk to make me feel like i'm healthy for using all that sugar. 











mix it altogether with your spoon and you end up with something like this! :)











you can keep it stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days if you keep it covered with holiday press n' seal, next to vanilla snack packs and organic yogurt in a tube. seriously...that is the only way to keep it fresh. :) bahaha
