all you need are:
two ripe avocados.
almond milk, or any kind of milk you'd like.
two avocados, halved and pitted.
scoop out all of the avocado into your cup.
then mash away with your spoon! it doesn't take long if your avocado is ripe. =)
add sugar to your liking. start off with maybe a teaspoon then work your way up.
then add your milk. i use almond milk to make me feel like i'm healthy for using all that sugar.
mix it altogether with your spoon and you end up with something like this! :)
you can keep it stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days if you keep it covered with holiday press n' seal, next to vanilla snack packs and organic yogurt in a tube. seriously...that is the only way to keep it fresh. :) bahaha
